A I haven’t had mine for more than a couple of weeks so I’m out 100% certain why yours is doing that but I can tell you that there are many things that happen when I touch mine at all...... the volume is controlled, on shuts down, the video or music is paused or the channel changed. I haven’t figured out how I’m causing any of that to happen so I just leave them alone when using them and I have no problems. Everyday is a learning experience with them. I hope I was able to help somewhat but if the problem persists I’d return them if I was you

A No, it doesn't pause when you take them off the ear. They do pause however when you place them back into the charging case.

A The case has a battery itself that can charge the earbuds when stored in in. In my experience it was closer to 4 charges for the earbuds.

A It’s tricky the first time. You have to hold them both together with the circle parts touching and then it should say pairing and then they’ll pop up on your device and you can pair them
